The standard of referring is diabolical.
Referee gave the penalty, not even sure it his his hand, seemed to come off his head, but he was half a yard OUTSIDE the box!!!
Dreadful decision.
Not sure if it was given against Peltier or the defender behind him. But both had their backs turned to the strike and their arms in a very natural position. If it was Peltier it was yards outside the box.
It doesn't make much difference. WBA will be in the play offs. Rotherham are relegated. But terrible decision.
