Real Madrid are top scorers in La Liga and second top scorers from open play. They will probably win the league. Being more defensive against the likely Premier League champions away from home in the second leg of a European tie is completely natural. They certainly weren't like it in the first leg and haven't been ultra cautious throughout the campaign.

We are the poorest side in the second tier for scoring from open play and have one of the poorest scoring records in the divisjon. We'd play two defensive midfielders against a side in the bottom 3, hope not to concede and pinch a late winner. That's not natural.

You've had a bit of a mare here, there is no comparison between the two and you've made yourself look a bit of a fool again.

As for Madrids tactics, good teams adapt, they can also bang them in, look at their lineup.

When the big boys do it, and you can see the tactical battle its more acceptable (my opinion) than a load of cloggers sitting behind the ball and hoping, the difference being Madrid can turn it on when needs be.
