It's an Android app that stored credit and debit cards and tickets etc on your phone. You just hold your phone to the Cardiff reader (or turnstile) to use it.

I wouldn’t feel confident at all having cards stored on my phone. An accident waiting to happen for the Frank Spencer in me.
