    Such a shame about Colwill.

At least it lessens the risk of him being injured for his club.

I just read it again....it's brilliant for Colwil...hope he doesn't get injured for his club!

    Re: Wales

Terrible news, he needs a rest, I can see him coming on and getting injured for months like Ramsey hopefully, Riza and the physios help him pull a Sicky.

I really couldn't care about Wales until we look safe a secure in the league

I agree, I accept others are Cymru mad but I see it as something of a bonus

CCFC mean everything to me , if Wales lose an important game it is a let down but nothing more really

The win over Norwich was orgasmic

Whereas watching Wales in the Euros (particularly 2016) was a better experience for me than watching City in the Premier League.

I remember when I first came across the not wanting our players to play international football mentality I was baffled by it - forty years later,I’m still baffled.

I will always want our players to be fit for us over and above Wales

IF there is to be a choice

It's not even a figment in my imagination

...are the people saying that they want Ruben out of the Wales squad, the same ones that castigated Giggs for not playing for Wales?,

    Glorified Friendlies

Bellamy shouldn't have played Ramsey in those conditions at his age and injury history, it was like playing on Pontcanna fields after two weeks of rain.

    Yes but will we?

If we did pick him then

That's a separate question, I doubt we will. That said it's an avenue that can be exploited if we perform well, thus these are not glorified friendlies.

    Re: Wales

Bellamy still saying Colwill has a lot to learn and he also talked of him in terms of playing a deeper role - must say central midfield looks an easier way into the Welsh starting line up on a regular basis for Colwill than attacking midfield.

    Re: Wales

I support both in equal measure. It IS possible if you are clever.

It’s not mutually exclusive apparently. Following Wales has a different vibe. And the possibility of tournaments.

We still have people on here who really don’t appreciate how skilful he is, let’s continue to focus on what he doesn’t do, it must make sense to some of them

    Not at the races🤦*♂️🤦*♂️🤦*♂️

Colwill wasn't at the races on Saturday

Wether he was marked out of the game doubled up or things just didn't come off plenty of city commented on Colwill

    He's a very good player and he's a big boy now 👏
