Well, there’s the fact we’ve been 2-0 down in twenty minutes in our last three away games and were 1-0 down in eleven minutes in the away game before that. Sorting that situation out should be the priority- we’ll have a better chance of winning if we go in at half time all square than we would if it’s gone true to recent form.

Bagan (and fair play to him) should help. Also, if we get them on the back foot, it might help! I think I'd start Robinson, Salech and Ashford as a front 3. It's a shame we're hamstring FC, as that front 3, Robertson, Mannsverk and Chambers could be half decent.

What about the other striker on the bench that we paid good money for?

maybe start with the twin towers of Salech and Simic, Robinson just behind and Alves and Ashford on the wings
    A famous five.

That midfield of Robertson Manswerk and Chambers with Ramsey to come on as a sub looks excellent . Ill stick my neck out and say that would keep us up . Plus Goutas and Bagan as CB .

there's a reasonable chance he could end up as the division top scorer.

Understandably Riza needs a very good reason to drop him.
We could switch to 3/5/2 and play them both.

I think Bagan would be a good LCB in a back 3.
might also suit Daland better, and also Ng can play on the right in a 3.
O'dowda is pretty well suited to a wing back, not sure about the right wing back though - certainly not Rinomhota. perhaps one of the wingers can convert. Kpakio in the longer term

perhaps something for next season, not the time to be making this change now IMO.

Ran over to Scoular after his 3rd with his hand out - Scoular had offered a tenner out of his own pocket to anyone scoring a hat trick. Scoular told him to **** off..

It’s a wonder Scoular didn’t put his other arm in a bandage

More positivity . If we last that long to go 2-0 down it shows we have tightened up the defense.

Fair enough although I think it was because of his hamstring he missed the next game

I can remember things about games from years ago no problem, ask me about recent seasons and I’m lost.

    Long/short term memory.

I can still remember some vivid details of my uncle taking me to Cardiff Airport (Rhoose) back in '68, to watch the City squad return from the first leg of their game away to Hamburg.

Ask me what I had for breakfast yesterday....
