    Haven't seen this before.

I'm a big fan of stuff like this. Would like to see it up in the stadium if it isnt already. How many of the 1221 could you name?

Would be good to see the academy one also- all the players who have graduated from the academy to the first team. Even if just for one game it's a hell of an achievement.

This is brand new, superb. I saw the Spurs one recently and wished we did something similar and here it is.

I love this sort of stuff.
International cricket teams do it very well.

Forget this, what I want to see up in the stadium is the plaque we were promised with our names on as the first season ticket holders at CCS which I am the ONLY one who remembers about

You'll get it when sam gets his 9million when we sell the stadium naming rights.

Nice touch that the first team all got #1 then next is #12

Was interested to see who got some of the key numbers, e.g.
    999 - JET
    1000 - Dekel Keinan

It would be interesting to plot a chart showing how many new players there were each season. I'm sure it's a lot more in the last 20 or 30 years than previosly

Yes. It's an excellent idea. Well done.

Just one little thing: I hope they correct #1 to #11 from all showing as #1.

It took 72 years to get to number 611 (Martin Thomas in 1982/83) and 42 years for the next 611 players.

That's a great list. Does anyone know why some of the names are in bold?

Player in the photo. Why they've chosen those players no idea.

Starting at the most recent debutants and working backwards Brad Smith was the first player I had to go "Who, neber heard of him" and it was only 6 seasons ago

I remember him vaguely, think he played a few times in the prem for Liverpool and Bournemouth?

For me it was same season, Shamar Moore. Even Wikipedia doesn't know who he is and Google is convinced I'm trying to find the similarly named actor.

They all made the debut in the same game, ergo all #1

An average of 9 per season in the last century, increasing to 15 per season since 2000. Last season was the most in one season, 22. This probably reflects the greater use of academy players.

Some players should either be anonymous or give their number up,yes you number 1206 !

Yes, I understand that but has that principle been used throughout when two players made their debuts in the same game? I thought each player was to have his own distinctive number.
