Just seen that we're advertising for a First Team Strength and Conditioning Coach, Academy Head of Performance and Academy Head of Goalkeeping.
Could definitely do with more strength in the first team to deal with League One football!
I am not at all sure what everyone does in the current coaching set up - it seems to be very different from under previous managers.
In the past we had a manager, assistant manager, goalkeeping coach and one or two first team coaches with a handful of support staff (analysing player performance and the opposition).
Now we have a head coach and assistant head coach, a goalkeeping coach, a head of performance, a data analyst, two first team analysts and someone with the job title 'first team coach analyst'.
There are staff faces in the club training videos that I don't recognise - but they seem to be taking sessions.
Has BBM completely changed the model, or are they mainly changes to job titles?
Where’s the “how to take a throw-in” coach
Sure that I read BBM has brought in one of his countrymen.
