I don't know his link with Wales, he's my cousin's nephew (via his wife). My cousin is from Cardiff, but his wife's family are Jersey.

Wales is the usually the best option for any half decent dual-qualified players, as they are almost guaranteed a long and fruitful international career. I've noticed a few talented young England qualified players are starting to look elsewhere too.
