    My first memory of Alan Mullery was when he was with Fulham. He scored a famous goal. I might have been goal of the season.

    Then he said we could never get crowds as big as theirs. And we got nearly 36,000 for the Hereford game.

    I never liked him even as a kid. I remember his stupid fedora and his score predictions with his fingers before games.
