Bulut seems to have engineered a no-win situation for himself.
(Insert your own "no-win" gag here!)
He's promised "big changes", but this could mean:
a) Changes that only he thinks are big and we carry on playing predictable, negative, losing football;
b) Changes that are fairly significant personnel-wise, but we still carry on playing predictable, negative, losing football;
c) Changes that are significant and we start playing well and winning, in which case, why the hell didn't he do that months (nearly a year) ago?
(I know which option I think is the most likely.)
Team I’d like to see today:
Horvath
NG Chambers Fish O’Dowda
Siopis Robertson
Tanner Colwill El Ghazi
Robinson
Do I think we’ll see that? Probably not, but without the hope what do we have?! I think 5 changes would be reasonable after the last game, even though two would be down to injuries. The season starts here!
How has Kanga managed to get a place in the XI
Kanga!!!!!!! WTF is he thinking.????
No sign of Robinson.
Nelson, Adams and Mendez-Laing in the Derby starting line-up. Phillips and Collins on the bench.
Robinson not even in the squad, he must be injured. Baffled by the omission of Robertson, but pleased with the change of goalkeeper and I think Bagan has done enough this season to deserve a chance. Good to see Reindorf among the subs.
Robertson can't start cause the greek midget needs to play.
Better squad but still lack of pace in the middle.
Good to see Reindhorf on the bench.
I've rarely felt as downbeat about City as I do at the moment. The only way seems to be down.
Can't see anything in that team to frighten a very average Derby side. Kanga up top? WTF
Hope I'm proven wrong.
No matter how the game finishes, it’s a disgrace that our striking options are a loan player signed from a mid table second tier German team with a patchy scoring record and a kid who will be making his league debut if he comes on.
