We need to get out of this division ASAP. I'd rather have had Warnock on a one year deal than an experiment.

The club has made it a point to go public on their recruitment process, headed up by Deboys. Personally I think it's been disastrous and if it's going to change then that's good news. If it is going to remain the same, then I cannot see any other manager getting this squad to play any differently.
