Yet certain posters on this forum and the other will continue to slate Tan.
He's not trying to run the club into the ground, he's just doing a bit of a shit job.

Crucially, Cardiff held firm when offers arrived for their homegrown stars. Rubin Colwill, Alex Robertson, Cian Ashford, Dylan Lawlor and Ronan Kpakio all had admirers, with one source saying the “phone wouldn’t stop ringing” for some of them.
Lawlor was sought after by clubs all over Europe and in the UK, RB Salzburg, Stoke City and Rangers were all known admirers. Kpakio has had Premier League clubs and Championship sides monitoring his outstanding start to the season. Top Championship outfits have had their eyes on the other three, too.
But each approach, some more serious than offers, was rebuffed.

I thought that Surely we would have heard rumblings on Twatter if our players had been subject to offers from other clubs. I'm not saying that it didn't happen, but i'm sure we would have heard about it a bit more specifically. I onlt heard interest for Ashford.
The snakey car salesman has been on the blower to his chief propagandist Abbandanto and Tans apologists on here lap it up.
So gullable.
I sense the phrase ‘best transfer window ever’ marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of an upcoming Walesonline article.

Apologies for a slightly hazy memory of events 13 years ago. It was £40m+£1 to trigger a £40m clause in his contract
it does seem notable that many of our rivals in this league have lost important players during the summer, while we have parted ways with a relatively large number of players, there aren't many who you could say have actually weakened us.
Plymouth have lost the likes of Hardie and Maxi to teams in a higher league
Luton have lost Aasgard, Kaminaki, Bell, McGuiness, Chong etc and replaced them largely with free transfers in their 30s like Nahki Wells, Kal Naismith, George Saville etc
Other teams like Peterborough have seen all of their best players leaving for bigger clubs.
We are in a league where it is very difficult to keep hold of valuable players it seems
Yes you can slate Tan for doing a shit job. But I interepted Poll Man's post as stating some posters believe Tan is trying to run the club into the ground, maybe deliberately when it is no more than him doing a poor job at running the club. By refusing these offers (if true) then that does signal a very good change of managment for once
Mostly, he's supportive; his problem is that he selects shit Managers more than good ones. This last appointment via a committee involving Dalman and Chesterfield seems to have worked out very well. If that approach were to continue, most fans would be happy.
We'd obviously prefer someone wealthier and more relatable, but that's unlikely to happen for the foreseeable future, especially as the value has probably increased massively over the last two or three months.
