Are you sure it was him and not just any bald man?

The key is to look at his trainers.

As I didn't insert a comma after the word 'game', my statement is grammatically and factually correct, old fruit.

    The late Howard Marks.

Saw him outside the stage door having a cigarette before his, 'Evening with...' show.
'Alright boys', he said, 'anyone know what the Cardiff score is?'
We were leading 1-0 away somewhere, he clenched his fist and said, 'Yesss'

I did see under the Ninian Stand the actor who played Stella's ex-husband in the eponymous TV Series.

    And he's tiny!

Funny how every club has at least one big name associated with supporting them, but Cardiff don't really have a big, big name, except Roald Dahl.

So we don't have one but we do have one?

    P.S. He's been dead for 36 years.

Well yes, that's the wrinkle. We don't have a living mega celebrity fan, like Elton John with Watford for example.

Jay Pepper of glam metal band Tigertailz was a season ticket holder on the Bob Bank. Maybe no one recognised him as he was dressed slightly different to his onstage persona?

I think Elton John is only a fan of Watford for tax purposes.

He has supported the team since his youth apparently.

    He is quoted as saying

"Watford Football Club has been in my life since I was a little boy. I didn’t do this for glory – I did it because I loved the club.”
