Severn tolls to be scrapped next year

I remember reading some ditty written on a pub toilet wall about the first Severn bridge.

At last two lands connected
across a river wide
and all the tolls collected
on the English side.

Welsh side of the 2nd crossing.And it's free to go into England, but you have to pay to come into Wales - seems right to me!
