Point One is that despite being found not guilty he was also described as callous and acting with contempt.
Point Two is that everyday that passes is another day away from those events. He won't be exactly the same person he was that night, be that for better or worse.
Point Three is that he's only just crept into his late 20's.
I would not sign him now and I don't want him playing for Wales, however he may be a changed person and in a year or two (or three) there may be very little reason to object. I simply don't know him well enough to make a decision about what is right in the future, but it would take a very long and serious conversation with him before he even came close to my team. Our need for a striker is not greater than our need for a genuine bond between team and supporters.
