I work in Chelsea in New York, the people who live there employ dog walkers. It's not unusual for me to walk down walk one block of 23rd Street and see over 10 dogs taking a shit. Right in the middle of the sidewalk, during the morning rush hour and everyone thinks they're cool as **** because they pick it up in a little green bag. Those bags frequently get dumped at the base of a tree by the way.
