It's not the organiser (customer of the operator - Willie McKay) it's the expert operator ultimately responsible (DH maintains this was DI, Prosecution maintains it's DH).

Surely that is what they are having these cases to decide?

You should have popped along. They would have been done by lunch on the first day.

No noone is deciding on whether Willie McKay was the operator of a plane transportation service - someone has said "Surely who organised the transport and ultimately is responsible for all of this is exactly the issue" - no liability is not with the customer of an operator - never is.

If they meant the person responsible is the person on whose behalf the transport was organised for - also no, and in event that would have been on behalf of Sala in a personal capacity rather than as part of the football transfer.
