This has gone on the Companies House website recently:

"TWO LEASES DATED 3 SEPTEMBER 2009 MADE BETWEEN THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNCIL OF CARDIFF AND CARDIFF CITY FOOTBALL CLUB LIMITED FOR 125 YEARS OF THE FOOTBALL STADIUM AT LECKWITH ROAD, CARDIFF AND THE COACH PARK AND HOTEL SITE.

Satisfaction of charge: In full"

Not familiar with these documents but it looks like we've finished paying for our 125 year lease of the stadium site. Wonder how much we were paying / have paid.
