I think most of us on here know of what it's like to be relegated from the third tier, though probably fewer of us know the feeling of relegation from the second. We'll all know what it has felt like to drop from the Premier League.
I don't recall too much disappointment when we've been relegated from the Premier League. Indeed, there's been the hope we could use the experience well and bounce back. I'm not saying everyone was suggesting this, but as an overall feeling of opinions at the time.
Now, it seems that this would be the worst relegation imaginable if it happens. I'm not sure why there's such a change of opinion between being relegated from two different divisions, but there is a far greater feel of armageddon about dropping down to the third tier.
Any thoughts?
