The biggest problem we have here is a poor management and coaching set-up, and consequently the team often looks disorganised and directionless. I've said from day one of his tenure that I don't believe Omer Riza should be anywhere near a management job in the Championship and I stand by that. The whole off-field set-up is a mess and the position the club finds itself in reflects that.

I genuinely believe the team has the potential to do a bit better. Not a lot better - this is not a good squad by any stretch of the imagination - but I don't think our side is any worse than some of those who are currently sitting comfortably clear of the relegation zone.
I don't think there's anything much to choose between 3/4 of the squads in this division, ourself included.

A couple of lucky breaks here or there, a decent set piece coach, not having the disastrous start under Bulut, the ability to not shoot ourselves in the bollocks at least once a game -any of those things would mean the difference between our current position and being much further up the table.
