I met Purse a few times while he was playing here. If he wasn't in the team at away games, he'd often be alongside his family in the away end. He always came across as a really genuine guy. The vitriolic stick he gets in some quarters baffles me, especially as he was someone who always gave his all when playing for us.
I'm not on twitter , Facebook etc . Does Purse get vitriolic stick. I dont think I've ever seen it on here.?
