He looked more like the Rambo of last season because he was playing with similar players to last season. Alexis Sanchez offers forward drive, Wellbeck offers forward drive and Arteta is a year older so not as good as covering Rambo's forward runs - is it any wonder they were criticised for having too many players forward earlier in the season? - but yesterday he had Ozil and Giroud to link up with and the more mobile Coquelin to cover for him, oh, and Alexis Sanchez played wide rather than 10.
Wenger singed the wrong players over the summer and he played Alexis yesterday even though he looked tired during the second half against Man United on Monday. I can understand why some supporters want him out.

He said after the United game he felt sharper than he has for months, and he only played a few minutes. Then he comes up with a performance like that. If we have him and Bale firing against Israel we can really hurt them.
