    Tough league next season.

2016/17 will probably be the most difficult season to get promotion from the Championship

Villa and 2 of Newcastle / Sunderland / Norwich coming down

Three from the current top six staying down.

    Wigan back in.

Can see Leeds & Bristol City being much stronger next term.

With Slade at the helm, I cannot see the best available wanting to sign for Cardiff.

    With Bellamy / Pearson / Warnock / Warburton ... we'd have half a chance.

Until about half way through, then it becomes a poor league this season.

Villa are in free fall. They've been in decline for years and there's nothing to suggest they can bounce straight back up.
Norwich I think are well equipped to bounce straight back up and with Newcastle and Sunderland it really depends who they keep in the summer if they did come down.

Bristol City I agree will be better but Leeds? They are a basket case under Celliino.

The league is full of ex Prem teams, says it all. It will be no harder than usual, if you can get an organised defence and a couple of goalscorers you are sorted, you don't even have to play dazzling football to get out of it.
