The thread title is correct because it refers to a form of self-identification. In this case the body of evidence shows that the common denominator is a) support for Israel and b) a loathing of Jeremy Corbyn. Here's yet another example of another Jewish online organisation that has as its sole reason for existing the never ending exposure of 'anti-semitism'.

What we see quite clearly is how this malicious and nowadays meaningless smear is still being used by people who are politically motivated to support Israel, whether it is right or wrong and are also connected in their opposition to Jeremy Corbyn.
It is Corbyn's long history of support for the Palestinians which has brought about a laser like focus on him from a variety of individual and organisations which have shared interests at stake and thus reason enough to maintain the attacks on him.

CAA 'volunteers' have to keep uncovering incidents of 'anti-semitism' as without them this one-issue 'charity' has no reason to be in existence. CAA is even heavily criticised by other more established Jewish organisations which have accused it of presenting information in a 'sensationalist manner.'

"Jonathan Boyd, executive director of the Institute for Jewish Policy Research (JPR), dismissed CAA's own survey of British Jewish opinion as having 'little, if any, methodological credibility'. He also characterised the CAA's presentation of the YouGov poll as 'deeply flawed'. In a detailed critique, the JPR found the CAA's survey to be 'littered with flaws' and 'irresponsible'. Due to 'quite basic methodological flaws and weaknesses', its poll of British Jews had 'very limited capacity' to assess the representativeness of its sample. The survey of British attitudes towards Jews conducted by YouGov was methodologically 'much better', but its findings had been presented by the CAA in a 'sensationalist' manner. Whereas the CAA claimed that nearly half of Britons harbour antisemitic views,"

Members of CAA seem to be on a mission to conflate any form of criticism of Israel with that criticism being deemed by them as being 'anti-semitic'. It is this which we see is the real purpose of this 'charities' existence, that of being a gatekeeper for Israel. This month, CAA's spokesman, Jonathan Sacredoti interviewed Alan Dershowitz in London who made the claim that the British Methodist Church is 'anti-semitic', and so it goes on. The Methodist church is guilty of organising an exhibition showing people what it is like to have to go through an Israeli checkpoint on a daily basis. That, in the eyes of the Israel right or wrong lobby was sufficient for the usual smear to be brought out against it.

If you really want to see how emboldened and vicious the attacks have become on those who offer support for the Palestinians in Britain, you just have to watch this video about the founder of the Sussex Friends of Israel, Simon Cobbs.
