Clearly if you're not a member of the jury then you won't see any of the evidence that would lead to you make a verdict in either direction.
This ^^^^ Everyone is entitled to an opinion but unless you sit though the entire case and are privy to all the information and advice that the jury has, it's an uninformed opinion.
