Heartbreaking news to wake up to.
I sat next to Mark and Irene for many seasons and they were regulars at TIT away excursions, such a lovely couple, in fact i'm pushed to think of a more perfect couple.
Bless you Mark.

Heartbreaking news to wake up to.
I sat next to Mark and Irene for many seasons and they were regulars at TIT away excursions, such a lovely couple, in fact i'm pushed to think of a more perfect couple.
Bless you Mark.
If you followed the City and Wales for long enough you would have come across Mark and Irene.
He was such a knowledgeable man and he always had a smile on his face.
RIP Mark you will be greatly missed.
Thoughts to Irene and all Marks family and friends.
What dreadful news, spoke to him a handful of times over many years now at Wales and City, always an absolute gentleman
Peace and love to his friends and family
Totally shocked by this, I was in school with Mark. RIP.
Wow, that's a shock, Mark was no age. As already posted you would certainly recognise Mark and Irene if you have followed Cardiff and Wales for any length of time. RIP Mark
RIP Mark and condolences to Irene.
Mark was a friend to everyone and his passing comes as a great shock.
A loss to his partner, family, friends, Cardiff City and Wales.
Genuinely shocked, not someone that I was particulary close to, but someone who was always there. Our paths often crossing both at football and away from it.
Rest in peace Mark, a good guy. Condolences to all.
RIP Bluebird
This really is shocking news. A lovely man who was a delight to talk to about CCFC and everything else.
My personal condolences to Irene and the rest of his family, and also the condolences of all my colleagues at the Trust who were fortunate to have met him and known him.
Keith
So sorry to hear this sad news. Mark and Irene were always so nice at the supporters club Christmas parties. Sending condolences.
RiP Mark, a true Bluebird. Condolences to family & friends.
RIP Mark. Used to see Mark and his partner regularly on the CCSC bus in the early 90s. Didn't speak to him though until a few years ago, when I bought his book in the club shop. He seemed a really nice guy. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
Very sad news. I really enjoyed his book.
Condolences to all Mark's family and friends.
Very sad news, always bumped in to him down the City. Taken far too young, thought she go out to his family, RIP Mark.
RIP
Absolutely gobsmacked
Mark was a lovely fella and city through and through
Ive had the pleasure to sit by him and Irene since we have moved into the new stadium and chat about all things City whenever possible
He also was great with sorting out travel for me to go away games if I needed it
An absolute gentleman
RIP Bluebird - truly stunned to hear this
RIP peace Mark, and sincere condolences to Irene.
It's going to be strange going to Wales and City away games, music quizzes, and concerts, and not seeing you there.
One of the nicest guys you could ever meet.
I'm sure nearly everyone will recognise Mark whether we knew him or not. A City face for sure.
Condolences to his family and close ones.
Truly saddened to hear this terrible news. Met Mark many times and always greeted with that great smile of his. A lovely man and a lovely couple - thoughts are with Irene and family. God Bless Mark - fly high Bluebird
Sad news.
I commented on the thread posted last week by the Boss that he was a "top quizzer", referring to his being good at the pop (assume his username springs from this?) quizzes we used to frequent back in the 80's on a Sunday night.
Our team and every other were usually playing for runners up spot such was his depth of knowledge.
Condolences to his family and friends.
I only know him through this MB and CCFC phone-ins - sounded a gent
RIP Mark
