Pilks is out so it will be interesting what team Warnock puts out, although he has very little choice up top. Normally Brighton play 442, will Warnock look to match or will he put the extra man in defence as he has tended to do of late, when away?
We need Whitts. It' ll be interesting to see who is in the bench tonight or more telling who will not be in the bench. Healy and Kennedy should be after Saturday, but BHA are a class above Burton so we need more experience.
Halford starts. No Whitts. He's on the bench
McGregor, Peltier, Morrison (C), Bamba, Richards, Halford, Ralls, Gunnarsson, Harris, Hoilett & Zohore
Brighton: Stockdale; Goldson, Duffy, Dunk, Pocognoli; Knockaert, Kayal, Stephens, Murphy; March; Hemed
Subs: Maenpaa (GK), Huenemeier, Hunt, Norwood, Sidwell, Skalak, Towell
Subs: Murphy, Whittingham, Noone, Connolly, Lambert, Kennedy, Healey.
Come on Duffy. You have o.g. standards to maintain!
I don't mind if you have to wait for the 2nd half when Whitts comes on with the cavalry.
Just do it!
So Richards and Halford instead of Bennett and Connolly but otherwise as I thought. So Halford clearing up in front of the back 4 allowing Gunnarsson to get further forward in rotation with Ralls.
Really not sure about Halford but hopefully he's improved since his last showing for us.
I think it's going to be a night for patience from the travelling fans but I hope that McGregor can make us tighter at the back allowing a better chance of a clean sheet - which is probably the limit of my hope for tonight now
Bamba in front of the back four again or Halford in midfield?
City caught out by quick throw but get away with it.
City sitting well back; hoping to counter on the break.
BHA shoot just wide.
Sounds like we haven't crossed half-way yet.
11% possession so far
Ralls makes first City attack; shoots into side netting.
Bamba concedes corner
Soaking up the pressure cmon city
