Always a skinny kid who could eat loads and stay skinny. Until I hit mid 20s, then I started to put weight on slowly.

At 14st 7 and 5' 8 I was classed obese.

Stopped drinking fizzy drinks, walk for 30 mins every lunchtime, and follow some aerobics classes on the net. Now I'm under 12 st, still just overweight. 'twas a long road, 1lb lost most weeks, 2lb on the odd occasion. Aiming to get to 11st and reckon I can get there in 3 months.
