I'm open minded to be honest, but I'm highlighting his hypocrisy as he was such an advocate for two drunken women who was assaulted by a drunken Taylor.
I don't condone his behaviour, it was morally reprehensible.
JR was so defensive about Taylor mistreating two women, yet he perpetuates the objectification of women based on the size of her breasts.
He is inconsistent and a hypocrite.
Equally on the scale of things to say when objectifying women, what JR said is low level.
However, what Taylor when drunk himself was 18 years ago.
Society and equality has moved on leaps and bounds since then in many ways.
What JR said is NOW.
Would he say that in work or in an area where there were many women present ?
That's a well thought out answer JDerrida.
There are women posters on CCMB mind -
So far, it's you and Nick that have shown to be bothered.
Most of the time it's more about poster vs poster 'grrrrr' stuff than morals
That's what I felt. JR's responses appeared more about who he was responding to and a bit about Taylor.
I don't know Nick or JR.
I don't take sides as that only affects an individual's way of thinking.
I think independently. I may be right or wrong, but I generally think about things, rather than shoot from the hip or be affected by group thinking.
I'm happy to be challenged, in fact I welcome it as that's how thinking and growth develop.
Not that my motives need your seal of approval, I've never noticed you before tbh, but you are wrong.
My hatred of Phil Taylor goes way beyond, and way before, any pantomime message board rivalry I have with Croesy.
The fact it was Croesy who was lauding Taylor was just a bonus for me. 2 birds with one stone.
Also, my hatred of Taylor is not because he's a convicted sex case, it's because he's an arrogant, ungracious, hypocritical, sore losing, snivelling prick of a man.
