Great News!
CARDIFF duo Neil Warnock and Nathaniel Mendez-Laing scooped the monthly awards after a 100 per cent start to the Championship season.
The Bluebirds are flying high at the top of the table after wins over Burton, Aston Villa, Sheffield United, Wolves and QPR in August.
And Mendez-Laing has been the surprise package of City’s surge to the top, as he netted four goals in five games, including a brace against Villa.
Wells deserved just hope that doesnt curse us going forward haha! Bring on tomorrow. BLUEBIRDS!
Very well deserved by both, but a huge thanks to all the squad and staff too to get the players fit and focused this season.
NML wins player of the month for good measure - both awards thoroughly deserved imo.

"The Bluebirds boss saw off tough competition in the running for the prestigious award, with Thomas Christiansen (Leeds United), Nuno Espírito Santo (Wolverhampton Wanderers) and Mick McCarthy (Ipswich Town) also nominated"
Stand by for the next round of Wolves MB's and Espěrito's tirade of abuse... or perhaps a hard dose of reality may have set in and they say feck all.
Well done Mssrs Warnock and Mendez-Lang. Now back to business as usual
It was a very easy decision for the panel to make, well done guys
