Harry Arter could be joining
Yahoo Sport had reported this morning Arter wasn't keen to join Cardiff. Even if that were true, things can change quickly on the final day of the transfer window.
We're told Cardiff are locked in talks with Arter and believe they can get him.
Warnock had prioritised midfield as the area of the team he wanted to strengthen most ahead of the transfer window closing at 5pm.
