We can only give youth players a chance if they are good enough in the first place to get into the first team.

Watford got rid because he asked for too much money, do some basic research and you'll see that. It's hard to get players to gel as a team when you make so many signings to replace loan players, with the signings not even being made by the manager himself, what do you expect?
