New sexed-up dossier furore: Explosive leaked email claims that UN watchdog's report into alleged poison gas attack by Assad was doctored - so was it to justify British and American missile strikes on Syria?

It's all just part of the "Arab Spring" which was pre planned and orchestrated together with the rise of Isis but turned to crap n the latter stages, thwarted by Russia.
Big nasty **** up which caused many deaths and a lot of suffering without achieving its aim of tipping the balance in favour of western client state Saudi over the Russian client states like Syria and mainly Iran.

I wonder if we will hear from lardy abut this, as I seem to recall he was pushing this narritive so hard at the time, that I actually thought he was working for the ministry of propaganda. Him and cyril are a right pair!

So another dodgy dossier to provide cover for US/UK/allies attacks. And slavishly endorsed (or worse) by the western media to create the new truth about these events. The surprise is that the Mail Online (Peter Hitchen no less) is running with this. I hate that paper and website but now and again they surprise me by doing something good (like this and the Stephen Lawrence Justice Campaign).

Peter Hitchen is a very nice chap. You shouldn't fear or hate him because he's more intelligent than you.

It's funny how lardy's suddenly gone quiet, he wouldn't shut up about it at the time.

Whilst you were giggling did you work out why Ronnie thinks I hate (or fear) Peter Hitchen? It doesn't come from my post. It comes from his habit of ascribing words or opinions to other people based on nothing but his wishful thinking. He does it all the time!

I hate the Daily Mail but I think Peter Hitchen is an interesting journalist - from the International Socialists (SWP) in the 70s through to Thatcherite Toryism 20/30 years later - and always in the shadow of his younger brother - to a new position now that is sometimes right populist and sometimes a return to his roots.

His brother Christopher was mightily impressive intellectually and his courage and dignity in his final days was to be respected.

No, he's absolutely not sympathetic to socialism now and holds very similar views upon the matter as you've seen me express here.
He describes socialism as a dangerous childhood illness which usually passes with experience, but which will destroy the human mind if it persists into adulthood.

I've gained lots of experience using this forum over the years.

Not that I'm suggesting that you're a socialist . I'd tend to guess not actually
