No votes for Madine? Every game I see him play I think "He'll score today", how wrong am I?

Although not a great footballer, Earnie was the best natural goalscorer I've seen at the club. His ability for being in the right place at the right time could not be taught. Chopra came close to Earnie in this respect but the little man just edges it for me.

1 Earnshaw
2 Carl Dale
3 Stant
4 Chopra
5 Ian Rush
I saw Ian Rush in the toilet down city
When you think that Robert Earnshaw is the only footballer ever to have scored a hat trick in all 4 divisions, the FA Cup, the League Cup and at International level it makes you realise how lucky we were to have him.
Jimmy Greaves
Tappy
Toshack ,next.
Alston and Evans
Stant
Toshack for me! The first and best centre forward I saw, in my lifetime of supporting City
Surprised that no-one has mentioned Tommy Halliday!!
toshack..next
Depends what you’re basing it on really? Have we had to see them play?
If so, Bothroyd was probably my favourite ever city player. If he fancied it he genuinely looked World Class. Other times he looked like he’d struggle in league 2.
You could say John Charles was easily the best ever Cardiff player on paper, but from what I remember, his best playing days was behind him when he was here.
Velikonja
Flip of a coin between Tony Evans who walked on water and Earnie for me with Nathan Blake 3rd. None of them great though.
I can't believe no one has mentioned Leo Fortune-West
Probably Toshack but for a prolonged period, Earnie as he was so prolific.
Toshack was good but Brian Clark was my hero & an absolute gentleman.
Never saw John Charles play for City 1 year before my first game but I met him & saw him play for Hereford & he was class in everything he did.
I've played against Gary Stevens in the Hereford Sunday League before he signed for City
