My leathers fit tight around me
My whip is always beside me
You want the same thing every day
I'll show you love a different way
With my sweet pain
My love will drive you insane

Kiss were a kiddies version of The Sweet!
Total comedy band or me... thought the music was going to sound crazy but it was lighter than The sweet, that wrote much better songs imo..each to their own though.
Up yours the lot of you , kiss wrote classic three minute glam pop rock songs
They outsold led zeppelin and the beatles in their prime and were the biggest draw in live music on the american circuit between 76 and 79

Multi million dollar selling band
That's kiss, not the sweet
Written some absolute belters;
Love Gun. (Superb machine gun drum and guitar intro)
I Was Made For Lovin’ You. (A truly classic disco/rock tune. Up there with “I Feel Love” for me in the disco stakes)
Detroit Rock City. (What an intro, what a bass line)
And their cover of the ‘Stones “2000 Man” is absolutely fantastic. I love the MTV acoustic version.
They made some total duds too. Loads of them. But at their best they are awesome.
Seen them live a few times and they are a top turn who put on a tremendous show. Saw them in Brooklyn in the summer in what was supposed to be their “final ever” tour. Thought it would be their last show in NYC til they announced dates all the way into late 2020 just after I bought tickets.
As the local sat next to me said, “this is the fifteenth time I’ve come to see their last ever tour”

Can’t believe we are talking about Kiss and sweet in the same thread.
You want he best ............................
K I S S
Saw them on their alive worldwide reunion tour of 97 in birmingham , classic line up of Simmons, Stanley, criss and ace
But they soon fell out and then it was just the summons and Stanley show with two stand ins in the make up of ace frehley and Peter criss
But in their prime 76 to 79 they were unbeatable
Dressed to kill, destroyer , love gun , great albums
And live they were staggering , now they are just a parody

Plaster caster
A song about a groupie famous in the united states for boffing rockstars and taking plaster casts of their tadgers for her collection
Apparently Jimi Hendrix won
I did like T Rex in preference for a short while before Slade, never saw them though!!.
