Great move for the young fella, he's replacing the guy who just moved to RB Leipzig.
It's nice to see these young lads getting experiences on a broader and different football platform , the Championship can be a very demanding arena for young talent .

Last time out against @dcfcacademy, @RBurton26 finished off THIS team move pic.twitter.com/5XPYgbzxwi
How much can a club like Dinamo Zagreb be paying him. And what is the overall standard of the Croatian legaue? How does it stand up to the Championship?
I've no idea about that, but he probably just wants to kick-start his career after seeing many of his contemporaries already being capped at senior international level. I think the penny is finally starting to drop that it is a waste of time hanging around at these big clubs waiting for a chance that may never come. Brooks is another example of a player who found his own route to success, after the was released by Manchester City for being too small.
Done deal..
I would like to say thank you to everyone at Arsenal who have helped me and made me the player I am today. To leave a club that means so much to me is hard but the right decision for my career. I wish the club all the best in the future❤️ pic.twitter.com/4NhCcuPveU

Presumably it would offer the possibility of European football, so it would get him in the shop window for a bigger move, so there is a certain rationale to this.
Luka Modric and Mateo Kovacic both started off there, so they must be doing something right. Playing for Wales is also a good career move, as our talented youngters we be putting themselves in the shop window in a few months time.
