Is the media more interested in criticizing than reporting?

Of course it happens, i've been on the end of very poor practice by the NHS, although my family and i would never use it as a stick to beat them with as some people do when there ideological persuasions get the better of them

My objection is more the "all are Angels" mantra when that's not true.
