Got my i-Player access code now, but....

The email sent says I should redeem my code asap to avoid the rush, I click the button and it takes me to the page outlining the options for the different choices of refund.. Nothing about the i-player codes or the such..

It said put in redemption code I put it in and accepted it
I don't think it's Gona work with TV tbh.

Thank-you, TBG and others. Success. You can also cast the games to a tv by clicking on the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

With a little bit of thought and clearer instructions from City, however, the process could have been far less problematic.

They think everyone knows what to do without being told, but their lack of instructions is quite poor for a £multi-million concern. In fact their customer support is none existent on this one.

The games v Leeds (h); Preston (a) & Bristol C (a) are on Sky Sports Live if anyone is subscribed.

Yep. Me, too. But failing that there should have been easy instructions to follow. Even applying how I wanted to use my ST credit on Monday left me confused. 'Pending,' could have meant anything.
