Never really got into Led Zeppelin. In fact, I don't really like them. There's a few good songs in there, but overall, not for me.

After sabbath
Sabbath are miles ahead of them. They invented a new sound. Page and Plant are a couple of poseurs. I do like JPJ and Bonham though.
Never understood what the fuss was about them, as a kid.
Now I can appreciate the brilliance of a lot of their stuff and the back story is the stuff of legend.
The Clash were better though.
White man blues is how I think of them especially when you listen to Zepp 1 and the Willie Dixon cover , never really a pure rock or metal band however they touched so many genre , it has made it impossible to singly label them, to this day Plant still evolves intro other genre.
Along with Sabbath they had a huge impact on my music loves.
Probably the greatest band to stalk the earth in my humble opinion.
