brilliant documentary about the mafia downfall on Netflix.
One of the main bosses was actually called Fat Tony. 😆
Great watch.
My only gripe is that when I get into things like this I binge watch and wish I'd taken my time a bit more.
Thought it was very disappointing
When Netflix show only a 'limited' series , does it mean they're showing a shortened version of the original?
Only asking as this series I thought could have been better if it was longer.
Ps When I was a kid Fat Tony used to drive an ice cream van. I'm guessing it was a different Tony.
I though it was OK. The whole "club" thing was somewhat enlightening. As were the explanation of RICO and the undercover ops the FBI undertook. It's certainly not must must-watch TV though. I'm halfway through the Frank Sinatra documentary right now. I'm enjoying that.
Nothing knew in it. Watch the ice man documentaries if you can find them. He was a hit man for the mafia, some of the things he did was off the scale, it was made into a film but it was rubbish compared to what actually went on. He was a polish immigrant called kuhklinski or something....
