Brexit - Internal Market Bill - Boris incompetent and lying (again)...

Just seen Boris get mullered by Ed Miliband regarding his incompetence and lying. If he had any shame or pride which of course he doesn’t, this would be the time for Boris to give up.

I wonder how long the Tory grandees are going to put up with their Brexit chimp?

Miliband is just another remainer puppet under EU control.

John Crace with another brilliant sketch that just wrote itself.

Big Nev on the ball again:

    https://www.theguardian.com/football...-loose-cannons

“I want Boris Johnson, Nigel Farage, Tommy Robinson, Donald Trump and the geezer from North Korea to be put on a boat that gets sent around the world for the next 25 years,”

“I’m scared for this country,” he says. “We’ve got two of the most dangerous leaders in the world causing havoc. Johnson and Trump are loose cannons. In the past we used to think the loose cannons belonged to North Korea or fellas like Saddam Hussein. You don’t expect loose cannons to take over your own country.”

Southall shifts from disquiet to ridicule. “Boris Johnson is a chancer. He’s an Arthur Daley,” he says, before comparing him next to the cackling comedy actor who led the chaos of the Carry On films. “He is Sid James – except that’s disrespectful to Sid. At least Sid James was acting. This fella thinks he can say whatever he wants. What does it say about our society to have the leader of the country being a liar, a racist, a sexist and homophobic? Surely people will eventually say: ‘We can’t have this fella in charge because he’s ruining our country.’”

One last big push by the desperados to stay in the EU, how many goes do they want?

Here's the speech in full if anyone's interested in watching it. I'm sure the "free thinkers" who have contributed to this thread won't bother, because they've got their tick box entries when it comes to Brexit to live down to, but, for their benefit, Miliband does say "this is not about Brexit, it's about right and wrong".

Would you ever attribute those words to Boris Johnson or Donald Trump?

Fair ****ing play for that satire, unless of course you’re being serious and if so it’s caused even more of a laugh.

No views on Europeans tactics , only views on naughty Boris , equals remainers .

Smells like brinkmanship tactics by bonking Boris, he knows he's on safe ground with the electorate,
including certain Labour seats and voters, who want to leave, and feel Europe is a bad bully that BoJo should walk with a big stick. Will he carry this out I doubt it , will it result in some give in the negotiations, probably.

He has managed to alienate a big chunk of his MPs - including a number of prominent Brexiteers - even if they did vote for the bill (or abstained) last night. A lot of them think there will be a couple of later chances to amend or sink the bill.

They don't go along with breaking international law; they don't want to push the united Ireland agenda by inept grandstanding; they realise that Johnson doesn't understand the treaty he signed - because he hasn't read the bloody thing; and they also understand that the 'threat' he said this bill was needed to confront isn't covered by the bill at all!

It is not really about Brexit at all - it is about the competence and vision (or lack of) from the Prime Minister and Leader of the Tories.

Trouble is Jon, it's entirely about Brexit for many.

You are posting a video of a UKIP councillor complaining that the UK's financial services sector has a significant risk of losing out as a consequence of Brexit and us no longer getting seamless access to the single market as proof of what exactly?

But how can they bully us. We've been told for the last four years that we hold all the cards in any negotiations and in any case the deal was oven ready. Have we been duped?

But we didn't hold all the cards for 3 years, because of most of those treacherous, seditious, remainer politicians in parliament were removed. And there's still some there as Monday showed us. As for the deal Boris as realized the problem, and the EU might try and use it to split the UK if negotiations don't go their way. Which they will
