I just got 13.7. Today. Didn't even know there was a 14. I still use an iPhone 6s though.

Been running it since July, (Beta versions) on iPad and iPhone, you'll find it very interesting especially App Library on iPhone where you can hide apps you don't use very often, it isn't available on iPad.
