Thanks, but there's nothing there that says "people in Cardiff are now unable to..."
I guess it's assumed that it's just the general Covid restrictions - no leaving the area without good reason etc
Almost all the surrounding areas were all already in lockdown, so the only difference from this is that you can't go to the vale of glamorgan without a good reason.
