Put simply. Each Supreme Court Judge is allocated a Circuit. Obviously after the death of Justice Ginsburg those circuits need to be reallocated. The Supreme Court announced the new reallocation a couple of days ago. Now the Supreme Court has a new balance then some conservative judges get the oversight of patches previously overseen by the more liberal judges.
Because conservative judges now have oversight of a couple of states within the Trump denial playbook the great dot joiners think the announcement was part of the great fix.
Delusion probably gives it too much credibility!
Things are going so well for trump in courts that they've decided they don't need Sidney Powell. Since this announcement, she's been kicked out.
Trump lawyer Sidney Powell says Georgia election lawsuit "will be biblical," suggests GOP governor helped Biden https://t.co/SzDS495YCF

Just in case Mozzer wants to make a donation to Sidney's legal costs.
But for potential donors gullible enough to make it that far they realise that they have to move fast if they want to get their hard earned dollars to Sidney.
I mean, how else is she going to be able to prove that Donald Trump won Georgia comfortably because Software designed to support a Venezuelan leader who has been dead for 8 years, has been used to switch votes and the software company, CIA and the Republican Governor of Georgia were all in cahoots together.
Sidney's abrupt departure from the Trump legal dream team where perhaps she wasn't happy with her cut from the main scam....sorry legal strategy.....and the emergence of this are surely just coincidence.
Sidney was toast as soon as she called Biden the President.

Probably explains why ihateglue.....sorry I meant ihatealiens was getting so worked up about Biden's title on social media a week or so ago
More likely to be this.

Her lunacy was also casting doubt on the integrity of the vote in the special election to represent the Republicans in the Senate election. The winner of that is one of two candidates in a run-off election. If both lose the Republicans lose control of the Senate.
Looks like even Trump's gang couldn't let this madness continue if it risked polluting the run-off

One by one they take a few steps backwards
A minor setback for Trump's team in the courts. Not only have they racked up 35 defeats, but one of them was a victory that has now been reversed!

It's a long way back, but let's believe in the rule of law, wait for it all to play out, trust the plan, etc

Trump accepts transition to Biden must begin
Donald Trump has accepted a formal US transition should begin for President-elect Joe Biden to take office.
The president said the federal agency overseeing the handover must "do what needs to be done", even as he vowed to keep contesting his election defeat.
The General Services Administration (GSA) said it was acknowledging Mr Biden as the "apparent winner".
It came as Mr Biden's victory in the state of Michigan was officially certified, a major blow to Mr Trump.
The Biden team welcomed the start of the transition process.
"Today's decision is a needed step to begin tackling the challenges facing our nation, including getting the pandemic under control and our economy back on track," said its statement.
"This final decision is a definitive administrative action to formally begin the transition process with federal agencies."
What did Trump say?
Mr Trump tweeted as the GSA, which is tasked with formally beginning presidential transitions, informed the Biden camp that it would start the process.
Administrator Emily Murphy said she was making $6.3m (£4.7m) in funds available to the president-elect.
While pledging to keep up the "good fight", the president said: "Nevertheless, in the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same."

I did mention on here jokingly about watermark gate as it was being reported at the time but never crossed over into the main stream media but on page 35 at the bottom it has been mentioned about the greying of watermarks found on some . surely if there was wide spread fake ballot forms surely an audit could pick this out putting it through a proper machine again ??
Back in the game Mozz...good for you.
You just need to follow Sidney's logic.
The software designed to keep a dead Venezuelan in power was bought in undue haste by a Republican Governor to fix the Georgia election.
But obviously if the software secretly switched lots of votes from Trump to Biden, the hand count of those votes would show the fraud.
Unless of course there was a burst water pipe, the building was cleared and the "old switcheroo" kicked in and loads of the actual paper votes were put in the Biden pile to tally with the software switch.
Where the watermarks bit fits in on a hand-count is anyone's guess.
Anyway. The Trump campaign is obviously not happy with Sidney's explanation as they have requested a full automated recount of the automated recount that was hand recounted!
Glad to see your MAGA mates haven't thrown in the towel though.
Are the credulous still sending their life savings to Trump, Giuliani and the rest of the syndicate in the belief they are funding lawsuits to expose election fraud? This is the most cynical fundraising con yet. Very sad.
