Not sure I follow? To be honest I've no idea why the rule disappeared. Possibly because it is so obviously a piss-take. They did introduce paid overtime for staff below a certain grade at the same time... But the time that people put in and the time that hits a time sheet isnt always the same thing. It is what it is.
