Positives :
-We don't need to pay him off.
-We know he is an awful manager so no dissapointment
-Every so often he puts youth players on the bench to not use to show progression.
- He isn't Tony Pulis

He got us to the play offs last season from a similar position
Our fans are going to be a lot more positive about him in retrospect than at the time. His seasons here have been a bit like Malky's first and Slade's couple but he's a more likeable person than both of them.
A few months ago fans were saying we couldnt attract loan players from top clubs.
Thats changed hopefully more to come in the next couple of windows.
Maybe an incoming striker on loan in January.
I positively want him to go, before the transfer window opens.
I am positive it would be stupid to get rid of a man who got us to the play offs last season
When Malky took over in the summer of 2011 he inherited just 6 outfield players. Within 2 seasons we had won the Championship by 8 pts and with a goal difference of +27. Harris inherited an under performing Championship team just relegated from the PL and at present we are going backwards.
StT.

I bet Harris wished he had 6 decent outfield players and the backing Malky had.
As it is hes inherited a squad of expensive flops some out on loan and some nowhere near the standard needed. Unless we can get these off the books and write off about 20m plus in fees then he cant build.
Even you can answer this one
Here we go now. Pay attention.
How long is the contract?
How many games has he played since signing?
Bonus question if you are still following me: how many MINUTES (not games as he struggles to complete full games) is he likely to play for the remainder of this contract considering:
a) his fitness levels - feel free to research this
b) his age
c) his injury record
Great deal. For him.
I'm fairly certain we won't get relegated.
He got us to the play offs last season and can motivate these players into a run. Let's hope he can this time.
He is cheap.
He is honest.
He plays the way most of our players are comfortable with and have been for some time.
He seems to get on with the board etc.
He is part of and works with 'the group'.
He's a better manager than anyone on this forum.
He has more coaching and football management knowledge at elite level (yes all 4 top leagues are elite, the government said so.) than probably all of us out together.
He really shouldn't be worried about fans on the forum as Tan will do Tan whatever.
It's Christmas time.
He has a fantastic job, well paid, doing what he loves.
If he is ever removed from the post there are plenty more jobs out there.
Least he still isn't managing Millwall.
If you don't win the play offs you might as well finish 7th.
He was brought in to not only hit the ground running but to change the clubs style of play.
I can't even see what he's trying to do anymore.
I think he is a good honest pro but out of his depth.
The sad thing is the rudderless nature of the club goes way beyond him and I dred to think who his replacement will be.
