    Whyte to Hull

    On loan.
Forward coming in, may not be before Saturday

He has failed to perform at Championship level for Cardiff City, that’s for sure. Hope our new forward is better than Gavin.

Hope he does well - he's not going to get game time here realistically.

Any idea who might be incoming? I see Oumar Niasse is a free agent

Might be in the minority but think Niasse would score for fun in the championship

    Needs game time.

Will be a good move for all parties as he’s not a bad player just not right for us

On the other side of the coin, he made Callum Paterson look prolific in the Premier League.

Good news for us and him. Such a frustrating player, great runner, bang average footballer

Niasse was quick and ran the channels well. Did everything you would expect of a quality footballer except one important thing. Do you remember the WHam game where their centre half couldn't handle him at all?
He hadn't played since June so is clearly a non starter but in the right team at this level and if fit he could be a hell of a signing

I think that he'd make a good foil for Moore, but during his time here he definitely showed that his finishing skills were leaving a lot to be desired.

Just hasnt worked out for the lad. Another in a long line of poor signings by Warnock and he 'committee'.

There was a reason that we signed Niasse and Sala in that transfer window. The tactic of playing Paterson up front had run its course. We played Spurs and Huddersfield in consecutive home games at the beginning of January and didn't come close to scoring.

He was made to shoot on sight of goal because the rest of his team were generally the other side of the half way line.

    Same happened to Zohore

Good luck, I hope does well and he can move on permanently. Would be best for all parties

Promised so much, but whenever I saw him, I thought he needed beefing out a bit. Too easily pushed off the ball.

That's a very simplistic view. He missed some absolute sitters when he was here. Nothing to do with the position of his teammates.

Ho long would it take to get him fit? And how much money would it cost? There must be better options. Although, he's not earning at the moment, so you never know.

Would be decent in the Championship ,didn't he do well at Hull on loan?
