Results wise only, probably should be pointed out that our losing run was mainly against the three best sides in the division (lost six from seven and four of those was against what appears to be the best three sides in the league) and a rapidly improving QPR side while our mini renaissance has been built on picking up points against sides in terrible form (Barnsley, Bristol City, Coventry) or sides with key players missing (Rotherham).
Defeat against Wycombe was probably our worst result and draw against Millwall probably our best in what has been two periods of very different emotions. This was all immediately preceded by four good wins on the bounce too.
Performance wise, these past few games have definitely been the best we've had it all season.
Our starting XI might be top 6 worthy but we're now going to have to rotate players.
Reading might be 13th best over past 6 games but your only defeats have come against the best and 4th best side (Millwall) in the league over that period of time. Stretch that our further and your only defeats in past 10 games have come against Brentford (best side in league over that time) and a Millwall side on a hot-streak. Your only bad result over the past 10 games has been a draw against Stoke who are on a terrible run of form.
