On Monday lockdown was slightly eased here ( in England ) sports could return
So tonight i managed to get to 2 sporting events
first i took my daughter to netball training, great to see her back training and laughing with her team mates
Then we went to watch one of our local non-league football teams play a friendly, we tucked ourselves out of the way in the stand, great to watch a football game under the floodlights ( the game was behind closed doors, but my daughter knows a few of the players from school )
It was funny to see Social distancing around the netball court, yet they play normally ( mark each other etc etc ) and throw a netball around, same as the football, the subs had to stay 2M apart, yet got on the pitch and kicked each other
all social distancing guidelines were followed at all times :thumbup: but so great to have a small slice of normal life
