He'll be 22 by the end of this season and, most likely, before playing football in top 4 divisions.

There are several now who appear as late bloomers and an unusual attribute can help - Vardy with his pace, Kieffer with his height - but I can't see Man City going after him when probably can find a similar player a few years younger.
